With a background in project management, military service, and law enforcement, Shaun brings discipline, strategy, and a results-driven mindset to everything he does. As an active real estate investor and strong community connector, Shaun builds powerful partnerships that support Coral’s continued growth. He oversees day-to-day operations and ensures every project is executed with precision, efficiency, and pride.

Tahnee Dela Calzada

Co-Owner & Business Development Director

Tahnee is the engine behind Coral’s systems, standards, and strategy. With a background in the military as an Engineer Officer and years of experience as a seasoned real estate investor across both residential and commercial spaces, she brings deep construction knowledge and operational insight to the business. Tahnee oversees all aspects of the company — from scaling SOPs to guiding growth — ensuring Coral runs smoothly, efficiently, and with excellence at every level.
